Join KABC Members on the 23rd anniversary of this global annual ride to honor cyclists who have been killed and support those injured. This ride is open to the public at no cost but requires registration at this site to attend.

About the Event
The Ride of Silence is an annual international bicycle ride to honor cyclists killed and support those injured while riding on public roads. It helps to raise awareness among motorists, the public, and decision-makers of the dangers cyclists face on the roads, especially from other traffic. Join us in riding to remember those who have been impacted.
Although this ride is free, all riders must be registered on this site, and a helmet is required. Bicycle headlights and taillights are also recommended. The registration/check-in will be in the Street Meet The American Tavern (95 Mathews Drive) parking lot starting at 6:30, followed by a safety briefing and reading of the "Ride of Silence Poem." The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office police escorted ride will be 9 miles long, no faster than 12mph, and all will ride in silence. Cyclists will proceed on to 278 South to Queens Way, do a U-Turn…
